This hand-carved Italian walnut dining table is distinguished by exceptional artisanship and classical design. The expansive tabletop features a four-way book-matched figured walnut veneer, enhanced by an elaborate ebonized marquetry inlay with interlocking oval scrollwork at the center and delicate floral rosette inlays at the canted corners, all framed by a dark inlay border and molded edge. Below, two fluted pedestal columns rise from elaborately carved quadruped bases with acanthus leaf scroll feet. Crafted in Italy from walnut wood, the table reflects traditional European woodworking techniques and finely executed decorative detail.
