Shipping & Return/Refund Policy
1. Shipping Policy
- Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, and items ship via UPS Ground service, taking 3-5 business days. An expedited shipping option is also available but for an additional charge.
- Free shipping within the US, except Hawaii.
- Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
2. Return Policy
- You may return an item for a refund within 3 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at info@rencollection.com within the return period to begin the process.
3. Return Eligibility
- To qualify for a refund, items must be in the same condition as they were delivered and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Refund
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a return credit will be issued within 24 hours. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
5. Freight Damage Policy
- Please inspect your packages immediately upon delivery for any signs of damage. If you notice any damage or suspect any issues, make sure to note the concern on the delivery receipt before signing. Once the package is signed for and accepted, it becomes your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier for any damages.
- In the event of concealed damage (damage that is discovered after receiving the package), please contact us immediately at info@rencollection.com. We will assist you in the process and provide guidance on next steps.
